Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns for in-store credit as long as the items are in the original packaging and condition (not used, washed, or worn). From there you can exchange freely via the store credit added to the email address associated with the original returned order. We do not pay return shipping unless there has been an error or you have received the wrong item.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect according to what was specifically ordered, please email us at hello@thebookishgoods.com with your order number.
