ORDER PROCESSING

Orders typically take 8-12 business days to be created & processed.

Knit sweaters and sweater vests have a 3-3.5 week turnaround time. Each item is knitted to order.

SHIPPING POLICY

Standard shipping is through USPS & UPS, and typically takes 2-3 business days.

The Bookish Goods is not responsible for lost orders or delivery issues by shipping companies.

ORDERING TRACKING

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders via an after purchase email from The Bookish Goods. For an update on your order status, you can visit the USPS/UPS Website and enter your tracking number provided to you in the Shipping Email. Sticker-only orders do not receive tracking.

PREORDERS

All shipping and processing information will be provided and communicated on a case by case basis in a preordering situation.
